    now eat..LOL but I have also been adding in a lot of what you show me on
    your videos.. I have been seeing my body transform, especially my rear,
    shoulders and abs.,
    I have never seen the lower ‘part’ of my abs as much and now I am like
    “HELLO momma!!! Where have you been since having kiddies? Nice to see you
    again” hahaha
