    So I’ve never had peanut butter but apparently you can literally eat it

    Nice IIFYM points at 3:30 mark. Making my post workout meal pancake with 75
    carbs today as per the diet and just thinking about substituting chocolate,
    or fruit, or spreads in/out for other items just get my mind racing about
    the BEST thing to choose. After a while (3+ years) tracking for me has just
    become too draining. Its something i always go on/off of. Great video man,
    glad you’re ready!

    Congrats on making this commitment and following through!
    Summer bulking can be fun, can you say ice cream?? although take it from
    someone who was in A surplus all winter, take it slow because you might
    want your clothes to still fit later, Lol (personal experience referenced
    ;)

    Do you think it’s okay to train a muscle(group) twice in a row due to
    schedule and to get in some more volume or should you always wait 48h?

    It’s so impressive to see how committed and dedicated you are, and even at
    such a young age! I think most people – me included – would not have the
    mental and physical strength to do this and stay healthy at the same time.
    When I started to lose weight it kinda got out of hand and now I’m still
    struggling with my eating habits and all kinds of negative thoughts about
    my body (e.g. ‘I’m too fat’) even though I actually know that my body
    weight is completely normal. Be proud of yourself!
