His might sound stupid but I have a. Question do u have 2 tone after making
your legs the shape u want/ losing weight basically hardening your muscles
or is toning basically losing weight

I’ve had a difficult time doing squat sidekicks because my hips are way too
tight. Would it be possible to make a video for hip flexibility? Every time
I do a sidekick, it hurts because of the tightness.
A little too many conversation breaks for me for me, still a good work out.

btw, yes, i always feel a bit difficult for my knee when i am doing
lunges…i normally just hold the position and do it up and down…if u
could understand what i mean @_@..anyway, awesome video
